Account Disabled

Yes my account has been disabled during one of the few holiday weekends I actually get to play games. Not for a bad name, or using illega/offensivel words, but because I ordered my game from Amazon and elected to use standard ground shipping. At the time I had no idea accounts would be disabled without a retail box key. Game won't be in until Sept 5.

Now I'm losing the 3 days headstart from pre-purchasing. Oh well live and learn, but I wish Anet would have said something earlier than Wednesday. I would have upgraded shipping.
