Mesmer Illusions - How do they scale with traits/runes/sigils?

Hello guys,
im wondering how the mesmer illusions (not phantasms) actually scale. Are they affected by crit improvements? If they afflict bleed would that stack with my bleeding duration sigil?
Is there any reliable information about this?
