It is a bit boring. I just have nothing really I want to even bother working for. WvW isn't all that glorious to me. Zerg vs zerg just never stuck out.
For those going on about 'seeing other stuff' then your neglecting the fact people can do that with alts and that its something EVERY game has available to it, not just GW2.
The problem isn't that there isn't anything to do, its that there isn't anything to do RELATED TO BEING 80. Dungeons are alright but they aren't going to really tide people over that much considering the long grind with virtually just a cosmetic benefit out of it. Add in everything virtually identicle in terms of combat since lvl 30 (though majority since about lvl 2) its just not to entertaining.
this is my opinion, but whats boring about getting to level 80, is that most likely you seen most of the game world.
rolling alts feels like a even larger grind now going through stuff you already did.
WvW feels boring because usually you have to wait in a 6 hour queue just to start playing it, which by the time you get in, you are tired from the Dynamic Event zerg grinding.
I havnt played SPvP at all, since I didnt like it back in beta. hate that kind of PvP.
the game at 80 just doesnt seem very interesting. I suggest Anet add more WvW maps so queue can go down.
I do actually play GW2 also, and I am seeking out and exploring every zone on one character, and I'm not doing it for 100% completion either. Just doing it for the hell of it because I find it fun, but after I do all that I have no idea if I will be totally bored when I hit 80. So I give someone the benefit of the doubt if they find it boring and don't specify exactly what they finished so far.
He never said someone might not do it for fun, the context of his argument was in regards to the necessity of the zones, i.e., it's fully possible to hit 80 before seeing everything. Further, the original poster claimed to see everything by 80, so there's no benefit of the doubt to give. Was this really an argument worth having?
And where do you see "...the original poster claimed to see everything by 80..."? Maybe that will clear up our misunderstanding and why there is absolutely benefit of the doubt to give.
If you're able to I would move yourself or convince your entire guild to move to another server if you really have 6 hour queues. WvW is the most amazing feature of GW2 in my opinion and on the server I'm on there is only a 10 minute wait at max. I wouldn't at all be entertained if i'd have to wait much longer then that, so take action now, don't wait for arenanet and move to a server that has lesser queue times.

I've heard there's terrible queues on every server, but I've only seen it on a very low pop server and a very high pop server. Not sure if there is a sweet spot in between where queues are great. What server are you on?
