Any way to get account back?

My friend got his account hacked, account email had been changed. Is there any way to get his account back? Of course he have deleted email from Anet with game key code (Prepurchased). Couldnt really tell more than real name, old email and  display name or W/E its called, anyway name with .xxxx (numbers)

if thats the case, then arenanet will have a record of the transaction.
