Comments- Finished Adventure Pack & Final Raid Mob

Hi Everybody:

I just wanted to throw in my couple cents about the adventure pack, no spoilers. So you get this thing for $5. I bought it as soon as I saw the advertisement, and I am level 50. It was supposedly geared for 35-45 players. My first comment is.... this is incorrect. It is geared for level 50 players who can gray the zones out because there is SOOO much to kill!

But I know the adventure pack was not supposed to be done within a day, so for groups who want to actually level and experience while doing some decent quests I think it's a pretty darn good deal for $5. It gave me many many many hours of entertainment. I camped out at the zone in and waited for servers up and just rushed the zone. Y

ou can do all of the quests pretty easily, but if you want to have any chance at the FINAL raid mob you'll need a decent sized raid (3 full groups or more) of high leveled people. The final guy for example was a ^^^ Lvl 53 mob. The zone itself was filled with hundreds of group x4's etc. I assume this is the level 50 raid zone they were referring too, but there wasn't any good loot!

So we came to the final mob killed him and a message came up across the server stating we had done it. Pretty nice, pretty nice. I thought it was fun, many hours of entertainment for a mere $5. There are some definite flaws in it but I think they may fix it. It's only been a couple days, and they already fixed one of the major problems with it.

I'd suggest getting it. Just my two cents. It'll keep you entertained for a little while.

Get anything cool from the raid boss?

It was a metal chest containing two items. One item was obviously special since that's what set the message off throughout the server saying something like "norrath settles as [name] has received [blah]" -- but anyway, honestly... the loot was terrible for a high lvl, or low lvl.
