So I've been trying to contact support for a week now.
They gave me a generic auto reply after 3 days of waiting...
"Thank you for contacting NCsoft Account Support.
We are in the process of investigating this issue for you and you should receive an update as soon as we have more information to provide. We may need more time if you contacted us on a weekend or holiday, but someone will respond to this support ticket as soon as possible."
I've tried several phone numbers, none take you to real people.
The fact that this game has NO phone support for it and the support could take over a week to just get back to you about any issue...
Well this is a deal breaker.

Yes I requested a refund and had THAT as a reply to it...

I'm unsatisfied with the game, many of the features on the box are not in game.
Very upsetting that it is THIS hard to get a hold of anyone human at Arenanet/ NCsoft.

I used the search feature on this website, and looked through the first two pages of the GW2 forums on this site. Did not see any.
you will never get a refund, no game offers this. Why do you think this game should be different? and why am I feeding the troll..
