Guild Wars 2 Log On Problem

Hi guys have any of you recieved a message that reads: The email address you  entered was not found, if you have an active game account, please try again, if your still haveing problems contact customer support.

I'm just worried my account was hacked. So far customer service isn't the greatest.

    If someone has hacked your account and changed the email address of your game account, you should have a notification of this in your email. There are easy to follow instructions what to do if this is the case

    You can also enable an authentication which prohibits changing your account information from networks outside your own.

    My account was hacked, and the matter was resolved fairly quickly. No complaints here.

    I'm glad you had a positive experience, and I appreciate the reply. However, my problem still hasn't been resolved, and wiothout a LIVE person to speak with either via phone or chat room, the problem persists and sucks.
