Gamelist and Rating

hey peeps. im just wonderin how the rating and the comments for the games on the gamelist work. it's kinda annoying to see comments from accounts with 2-5 pots. these are of course multi-accounts made by some haters or fanboys. people who want to get some real feedback about a game can hardly use these stuff atm. for example just look at guild wars 2 rating-comments. 3 of the last 5 comments are from some trolls tryin to misinform people.

i think it would be much better to only allow accounts that are kinda older and also active on the forums to rate and comment games. this way trolls cant spam their gibberish.
