Originally posted by gargantroo I think Blizzard should allow gold sellers. I mean, think about it, anyone that spends $300 on a fantasy currency probably has things to sort out in-real-life. That would be like banning players who play female characters. These types of people are very sick in the head irl and they need to sort things out, or just avoid real-life. That is where WoW and other MMORPGs come in. EDIT: I didnt mean "Players who play female characters" I meant "Men who play female characters".
Hm... Many male players play femail chars... What is so wrong whit that? Only people that uses WoW like a hotline wuld care about that! And btw, people that buy 1k g fore $300 clearly hawe an addiction, therfore shuld be banned from the game fore there own god!!
Anyways, the Ebay Gold Sales are still alive and well. In fact, they've deflated down to 18¢ per gold piece (or $17.99 per 100 Gold Pieces).
What's going to happen once WoW Gold hits 1¢ per piece? Or 1¢ per 10 pieces? Or even 1¢ per 100 pieces? Looks like everybody that wishes to use the extra money on Ebay will be rich!! But what will Blizzard do about that? Evidently, trying to find the goldfarmers and banning them isn't enough.

1000g
epic mount - 900g
Krol blade - 500g to 1000g
Brightwood Staff - 600g
Hurricane - 400g
Dwarvern Hand Cannon - 800g to 1000g
Id say 1000g could buy you about any good endgame epic you wanted.
the average person can make approx 10g/h grinding money
so a 1000g would save 100h, or $8,500 CAD at minimum wage approx.
after 6 or so years, I had to change it a little...

I dedicate this song to The Matrix Online & Asheron's Call 2 -- the games I hoped to play someday but had bit the dust before their prime.
