broken ps2 cant cancel FfXI

in Final Fantasy XI
Its been well over 3 months and they still havent stopped billing me does anyone know how to cancel this damn game, Ive checked Playonline but that has to be the worst site ever.

    Phone number, email, go to the bank & stop payments. (Phone & email where in the manual/help for pc but I think its the same for PS2). PlayOnline is more of a maze than website.
