Guild Halls (info on the change)

I've been looking around for info on the new guild hall situation.  Layouts, screen shots, and how to get them.  If anyone has any info please post it or links to it here.

Basically Its Like This...

It is roughly 1900 to buy a guild hall, guild halls require a celestial sigil. These drop at the Hall of Heroes or you can simply purchase one in Lion's Arch from players looking to sell them.
