Looking for a good game like diablo I dont mind paying

imageHey im looking for a great game like diablo i got sacred and Baulders gate thro n of Bah but none can match it and my mom says i cant buy diablo Cuz its Evil.. Any one have any games tahts are alot like diablo with online play???  I dont mind paying for the game just no online fees...image

    I want a game more like diablo with teh smaller graphics....  Any thing else any one??

    Yes Guild Wars!! Its not out till April 28 but in the meantime I am playing Knight online. Its not that good but free and 3d. Lots of items. Not a fanboi but its ok

    Hmm... let's think, Diablo-like, hack and slash rpg, online, no monthly fee...

    If you think Guild Wars is not a game for you, you won't find other.

    *sigh* Don't come here again! jk. I know some good RPGs, but they're not all hack-n-slash like you want. Probably the best one out is Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind.

    I played another similar game a year or two ago but alas, I cant remember the title.

    Listen Asmodeeus, seven years ago, Ultima Online didn't even have those pathetic "quests" that you refer to or those "professions" of ninja, samurai, necromancer, and paladin. Nor did it have any of the neon crap, or bug mounts. It didn't even have any "combat moves." You turned on attack and jousted with simplistic swings. It was a better game then. if you can't guess why then just uninstall the thing and move along. - Crabby

    And with the add-on pack you can even play it in 800x600 WOHOOO (looks like crap on my 21" monitor but it was fun on my old 17")

    Yeah, Guild Wars is definitely the closest thing you're going to find to what you specified. It's unfortunate, since it's turning my stomach to think that I'm going to have to read your garbled text in-game. Please, please don't buy Guild Wars =)

    The hack'n'slash is somewhat arguable, but.. what game isn't hack and slash now, really? Combat is never very difficult, and there's always a lot if it -- although in some games you have to look around a bit.

    That was my original thought, too, but the poster mentioned it somewhere in one of those threads above -- although he called it "scred" - I just took that to mean.. well, you know.

    Like everyone's been telling you, try GW ... just scroll out and everything will look small just like you want it.  You'll be happy =)
