how do i remove a cd drive

On my dell demension 4100 how do i remove my broken cd drive.  Removing the two screws on the left side is not enuf.  Do i need to remove the right side plastic panel.  If so, how.

    There may be some latches you need to flip up. After that there should a a handle you can use to pull it out. Be warned. Dell has these rules to abide to avoid voiding your warrenty. Opening your case could void it.

    Yeah, pack up your entire pc, send it to the nearest Dell repair center, wait a couple months, then get it back saying the problem was a minor issue like a virus...lol  that could have been easily solved from any reputable local tech in waaaaaaaaaay more less time then that.  That warranty thing has got to go IMHO.
