New souls locked for open beta

Booted up Rift Storm Legion beta client to check out the new souls and look around...they're locked!

WTH? what's the point of trying the beta then?

I haven't tried the newest Beta yet; didn't think they were ready to go until later.  But the earlier betas let you try out the new souls with no problems.  Not sure why that would change now.

Ehm im playing Harbinger right now, so dunno what your on about

What i'm on about is that in character select, each of the new souls are locked...it says "soul legion required"

Have you pre ordered soul legion? that could be the reason.  seems "buy to try" is the new thing as far as MMOs go.

or you should copy your character over, because they are not locked

Aha! fair enough. open beta runs till next wednesday, so will still have plenty time to check it out...thx for the heads up, sir

I'm glad to have helped!  I hope they get this sorted out quickly for everyone.
