water ripple effect in monitor when it shakes?

As the title says, when my screen shakes at the bottom of it, theres about a thumb nail sized spot that has a little ripple effect going on, as if I'm pressing the screen, or dropping a pebble in the water..
What is this o.o? can only see it on a dark background
