Empire and State... is it working, is it good??

I thought I would try Empire and State, but the play button, leads to a broken link.  Is the game still active?  Is there I should do to get to the link??  Is it even worth trying??

I thought a diplomacy/economic  type game would be fun.  If this one doesn't work, anyone know of something similar that might work??

    OI, Help me out.  Also, just found this Wild West game called 'The West'  Gonna try it.  Thought I would mention it, since a lot of people have expressed an interest in Wild West MMOs

    last game patch posted in their game blog was around febuary this year O-o.. the forum link is broken and i gave up waiting on the "playnow" so id shelve this as a possible dead in water title

    their FB is also void of any info
