Don't post here if you are going to bash Razer. I don't care about that. You don't like their products that's grand and your own personal opinion. Me on the otherhand, I want my naga fixed as it should be!
So I have now been in contact with Razer for roughly 2 months. It took them about 40 days to issue me my first RMA number for a Naga mouse that had a LMB issue. When I received the new mouse from Razer, it just flat out didn't work. After about 5 minutes of use, the mouse gets locked to either the left or top side of my screen and will only move up and down (if locked to the left) and right/left (if locked to the top).
I had e-mailed Razer immediately about the issue stating what I have tried:
I have tried to see if there were any hairs on the laser, but did not see any
I have updated the drivers to the current drivers on the razerzone support page
I have used three different mouse pads in the case that there was something stuck on one
I have attempted to try multiple USB ports on my computer, but front side USB and rear USB (utilizing both USB 3.0 & 2.0)
Attempted to clean the mouse lazer with a Q-Tip
Attempted to utilize multiple computers
The reply that I got back from them, was simply astonishing, instead of them offering me an RMA number for a defective product they tell me:
Well thats not good. :-( There are a few things to try, first, try it on another computer and see if the problem is the same on a second computer. If it is, please try cleaning the laser with a Q-Tip and alcohol and see if there may be dirt stuck somewhere in there causing the issue. Please let us know if the problem persists
I have since let them know that their solution provided no assistance, and I was in need of a new RMA to rectify the faulty mouse I was sent. This is going on the 2nd week now, without hearing a peep from them.
Is there a secret to getting ahold of these people? This is just out of hand. I just want my mouse

Well...last time I posted about my thoughts on a Razer product here, they posted in my thread. But in case that doesnt happen, I vote to tweet at them.
On another note, my Razer Deathstalker is being dropped at my house on monday. So excited for that! @_@
