i need advice

my name is marcus i'm from aeria games i  need help on a problem i had for 3 years now.

 

4 years ago when i was 14 teen i found out a friend of game master was hacking/duping and etc...

so like any player i reported her with the proof of her speed hacking. but for some reason she was never banned

and somehow found out that i was the one who reported her and had her friend herasses me for 4 months.

i then send in a ticket about what happen the game masters did nothing. and the player who i reported said that

all the game master is going to do is banned me for 2 week and give me back my character you got no

change so quit while your a head. so i got mad and when to aeria game/twelve sky 2 forums and made a topic basic

off of what was said with Screen shots and video's of her threating me and etc.. the game master banned. me

for posting my ticket on the forum but yet did nothing about the herassment that was going on. the player then

started a ramor about me being a stalker i need send in another  ticket about what happen then that when her go ban

but she had a alt account and transfer her gear/items off before she was banned 2 week after she had a max out character

and lil after my account was hack. i try reporting so many time but nothing happen as time when on she keep on telling these

lies about me and my account was lost. so i quit the game for 6 months becuase i was moving so i try coming back and the game master had given me my account back but she started it up again so a player told me she is one of the most hated player on the game becuase all she does is get people ban, talk sht, and hack. but for some reason shhe is never ban for to long it's bullsht.

he then told me she is just trying to run your name in the ground so no one will belieeve what you say about her being a duper/hacker just don't listen. so i told everybody that i was quit alot of people got madd and when to the forums and rage on the forums to get her to stop she did and in 2011 dec. she got me ban by hacking my account and herassing other player and running my name in the ground some people knew it wasn't me but most thought it was and started giving me h8 as well. now on Oct. 23 2012 my account was hack so i thought. on Oct 24 2012 i had a new game master look at my ticket and he gave me my account back. soon after someone came up to me in game and said get off my account you hack  so i when to the forums and had a gm lock my account so the guy when to the forums and had a game master unlock my account so the guy log in and  took all my hard earn items/gear/money off of the account i got madand when to the forum and ask him wtf was he doing why did you unlock my account for someone who didn't have proof of ownship of the accounr he said. i don't know what your talking about so i had that game master response to mee tickets to proof that what he did was wrong and to give me back my account so he did but when i got it back he didn't return my lost items even know what he did was wrong and said the following to me.

 your account's security becomes compromised, but items lost cannot be
 restored.

 You are solely responsible for your Account and the maintenance,

 Account with or without your permission.

 Please take steps to protect your account's security in order to avoid
 this situation in the future. We apologize and extend our condolences
 for your loss.

 so the way i took it is (even know i lock ur account and left someone else on it and take ur hard earn money/item/gear i won't do what you ask and just return the gear have a nice day and **** you. now if anyone who spend there hard earn money on aeria games and had there account hack and unlock by a gm who was in the wrong got a reply like this in there ticket think this is beyond wrong please +1 this post or reply on how you feel, all i wanted is my gear back and gmgosh isn't doing anything and gm said that has nothing to do with him to take it up with him and i'm trying but he isn't willing to give me back what he petty much help take of my account sorry for the long msg.

1.) Learn to communicate. If the above post is any indication of your normal use of the English language, I would not be surprised if your pleas were ignored in part because the GMs could not understand you.

2.) It sounds like the items on your old account are gone for good. A GM has a very tough time determining who is the rightful owner of an account, they are not allowed to ask for real proof of identity, and in the event it does get hacked, they have no way to track down and return the lost items, or even necessarily to confirm if you owned the items in the first place

3.) Your best bet at this point is to move on and avoid compromising your account security again.

You`re completely right! I had the same situation on the forum as the English is not my the first language and then I couldn`t express my thought clearly. So all users sometime were confused while reading my posts, so I was banned for this reason. And when I pleaded the moderator to repair my account, he said that I`m an Indian spammer while I was the same user as others, just with low English level..
