Towns in Pandaria---good ole WoW Vanilla?

Looks like WoW vanilla again in some towns.  I was questing and stopped in a small town and there were bodies laying everywhere.  Looks like the Allliance and Horde can duke it out in these towns without penalties.  I am not complaining just wanted to get your thoughts on this.  It's kind of a pain in the ass, but whatever, it's only a game, right?.

Also, I was wondering when I go into camouflage mode as a Hunter, can I be seen?
