gw2 new "advanced" playlist (going to bring pvp back)

SAtaarcoenySAtaarcoeny Member Posts: 12

to read and post more about it go here the official gw2 forums pvp section titled "great idea what do you think"

http://tinyurl.com/advancedplaylist

now all the pugs can do frees without getting thrashed by preemades so they can meet ppl and start doing advanced eventually building enough synergy for paid.

now all the good teams have a place to go to really fine tune there skills with out getting a huge penalty for losing and not having to wait 45 min to try again

now all the paid already great teams will be getting more quality teams in paid overall making them better.

Unfortunately, a very small percentage of the playerbase cares about SPVP, aka Thief/Warrior fun time.

By a small percentage do you actually mean the majority? If not, then you have no idea what you are talking about.

Thief/Warrior fun time? You're obviously quite bad, the problem isn't the game champ, it's you!

ppl only get mad at theifs and warriors when there in a pug. in a real team. aka mine we lay stuff down to give a warning when 1 is incoming then wwe all focus them and insta gib them. this is more of a reason why a advanced playlist would be good. ppl like you can actually get good at the game then enjoy it more giving real teams more quality teams to play against.

Anyone can walk into The Mists and see how many active matches there are. Typically there are far fewer now than in beta. No where those people are is anyones guess. They might be in WvW, they might be in PVE or they might have flat out quit.

I like Spvp, but its not feature rich or balanced at this time.

Dunno honestly.  I prefer to play open world pve and wvw.  I personally do not care for instanced content that is to be repeated ad nauseum.

    Cheers!

With how bad SPvP is why would a majority care about it?

    Since when did Spvp die?

As a casual i am having fun a few times a night, it reaaly is a nice addition to the normal PvE and WvWvW.

Best MMO experiences : EQ(PvE), DAoC(PvP), WoW(total package) LOTRO (worldfeel) GW2 (Artstyle and animations and worlddesign) SWTOR (Story immersion) TSW (story) ESO (character advancement)

the sPvP player base has cut in half since release. WvWvW no longer has ques... however, both still have a ton of players and now we just don't have a to wait around in ques.
