Has Polmorph become usless

Just came back to WoW after a long Break  and the first thing I notice is Polymorph is usless , whith the changes to Speclizations " Lvl 75 to be more accurate  Tempest Nether - Living Bomb & Frost Bomb   no matter what one you pick  if you use it while fighting and have a mob sheeped  it will break that sheep.. unless you  get the 2 mobs far enough apart..  Arcane Barrage also hits aditional targets

 

These spells should not efect mobs that have been sheeped..

    It is not just that. If you have a monk tank who is using his brewmaster aggro abilities, which are all AoE, it breaks sheep too. I think it is awesome to have AoE taunts, don't get me wrong, but it is annoying if you are trying to CC things.
