Necromancers-SHold they be improved as a class

I understand some of you guys wil say that a necro to start off is overpowered cuz of the servant spec line but i have yet to see a good necro in RVR ... I mean i've played a necro for about 2 years now and i put it up cuz i found that a scout is much better in RVR than a necro i would like you guys to give me your thoughts to this topic

    Maybe you play on the wrong server.  They do a lot of damage and while you are having to kill the pet the caster and get away.  It is a class where you need at least two people in order to do the job.  One to kill the necro and at least one other to go after the caster and kill him.

    Well here's a BIG IMHO as i've never played a necro,  ( Mid player )

    I have however played MId for 3 years now, and as I do see Alot of necro's in battlegrounds, and watch friends  ( on co-op once in a while when I decide to play there for a change ) I really see them as Great PvE toons, but as for RvR ??? I see them all over in the Bg's, but really not so much in New Frontiers ( sometimes in larger groups ) and talking with friends that play them just for info, It would seem that there somewhat overpowered in PvE & lower level RvR i/e bg's ( according to friends info again ) But would seem like they need some help at Higher RvR i/e NF, ?? somehow restructure PvP and lower levels RvR and Bump up NF RvR?? have no idea what that would consist of but thats what I get from playing against them and talking to friends that do play them on a normal basis.

    I hate running into them on my thid / molvic toons, but hardly blink when in NF on my 50's

    So it seems to me that they need some kind of ( NF RVR ) help, but not for lower levels or PVE.
