NCsoft's largest share holder is one of the greediest game companies in the world. If you've ever had trouble understanding any decisions in the past that were related to NCsoft's subsidiaries, hopefully after reading that article you should be able to understand everything by stating that single name. NEXON.

This was pretty big news 6 months ago.  Why are we rehashing it now?  They weren't an overly good company before this news, they still aren't an overly good company.

People still didn't understand the whole City of Heroes situation, though they managed to stay afloat, they were unable to meet the goals that the parent company wanted them to. You can expect a more homogenized pay to win super hero mmo in a couple of years. At least that's my bet.

    I trust NCSOFT less than 0.1 %

I don't feel like looking for all the links and digging back into the tons of homework i once did on game corruption so you can look for yourselves.

Look into Gamepsy and otehr interviews with IGE,the first real giant on RMT activity. When interviewed they slipped out that they do work with developers with monetary kickback.Only after their lawyers they had present for all interviews, did the yretract their responses with "no further comment".Admission of guilt was obvious.

Then do your own research on Game guard/nguard goes uner many titles. The msot useless antihack ever created, yet the cornerstone of all MAJOR rmt games.Ask yourself why?

I feel quite obvious, make sure all your RMT contacts know of the system and how to get in,don't want your customers struggling to run their bots.

Here is the real kicker. We have seen in these forums players complaining about being banned in Aion/Lineage/GW2 whatever.Ok i am sure most of do not beleive they are innocent, possibly they are but not my point. My point is that i perosnally handed over 30+ bots/cheats in Lineage2 alone and not one was ever removed /banned.

Those cheats i reported were so obvious even a 5 year old could  spot them.So again ask why, normal joes are being banned but not the OBVIOUS cheats?IMO obvious,RMT [the ones that pay kickback] are allowed to stay/cheat/bot,everyone else is not.

Do not trust NCSOFT or anyone affiliated with them.

Oh btw the Gameguard that they used to use installed a root kit that would try to shut down your anti virus programs, hence why so many would get booted out or their PC's would reboot. Why woud NCSOFT allow such garbage on your system?

There MIGHT be a small team/group of people inside NCSOFT that care, but the REAL people that pull the strings have their own agenda.

Just look at the GW2 Gems system,WHY...WHY would you even create such a system that BEGS for corruption? [influenced by Nexon buying shares?....possibly?"BTW don't let Anet fool you, they are 100% NCSOFT,their top dogs were appointed by NCSOFT years ago.Chief CEO Jaeho Lee was appointed by NCSOFT to name one.

Never forget 3 mile Island and never trust a government official or company spokesman.
