This is the Floor Plan Selecter tool used by Architects. You select a floor plan and click build. In the game, the Build button will check your builders cart for the necessary materials to construct that floor plan. Then, the house model will popup and will allow you to place the building where you want on your land.
Once set, you can use the blue box to click on parts of the walls to select where you want doors, which type of doors, windows etc. Use the mouse middle button to scroll in and out and move the camera around the property.
These houses are all custom! No prefabs. The textures were designed by Vincent. Everything from start to finish. This is only the start of the Grass Lands Housing models. He has already begun working on the Desert Lands housing now as each Climate will have their own kind of style.
