How do they let this slide?

So a guildmate I was playing with told me a story about what happen to him on here.  He sent me the email about being banned.  I never come on these site because they usually are not good sources for non-bias views of games.  And this site must be really bad if the moderators act in this manner over  a video game. 

 

Here is what he was banned for, from what he said the person he was replying too has had a history of posting on a certain game and not telling the truth.  As you can see this poster also made comments to another calling him "pr machine".

It IS a common issue. Its SO common issue that they SHUT DOWN ILUM BECAUSE OF IT.

Aand funny thing, people like you never ever present proof of their "hundreds of FPSs on full ffleet".

Sit on your speeder and drive around full fleet, record it so all can see.

You sure DO sound like PR machine.

Oh you are not accurate at all here. Have you played the game? Ilum issues were because of imbalance and people using exploits. Its unfair but we can not put on here what you sound like because we would be banned. But those who continue to throw out lies and have no knowledge can call others name and get a way with it...Mmorpg what is the difference between calling someone a "PR machine" and calling some who post on every single swtor false information a "troll"?

 

How can you have a reputable site and have the people working there that are clearly bias and or protecting other members?

I have now seen and read some of the stuff the person he was taling about has posted.  You can look at his history, every recent post seems to be looking to jump on a certain games post and bash and from what I see not tell accurate details.
