[FIX] Patcher connection issues FIXED

in Darkfall: Unholy Wars
Everybody, including people outside EU, should no longer have the connectionClosed/connectionTimedOut errors.  And download speeds are pretty reasonable as well!

    Yeah, I'm in Canada and I just flicked on the PC and started things up to (try to) continue patching, and I saw something glorious in the bottom left hand corner of the monitor: "Patching Complete"!!!
