L2 : Chronicle 4 Announced In Korea

I can't believe we are hearing about Chronicle 4 already, when we still don't have Chronicle 3 on our shores. At any rate, here is a quick rundown of what I can dissern from the official site.
New Chronicle is roughly translated as "The Moon, It Is a Fallin'"
S Grade Armor/Weapons will be launched. Can be acquired through Crafting and regular HIGH level mob drops.
Updated Landmass: Gracia will be highly enlarged, due to an earthquake which flattens it's current state like a pancake. Apparently, a LOT more creatures will flourish Gracia, and will also be much higher level.
New Race!! The Dwelf is a half Dwarven/Elf, that somewhat combines the skills of both. With a Dwelf, you will be able to craft, and also have normal Elven abilities.
Level Cap is now raised to 85.
Dungeon Ownership: Larger clans will now be able to defeat the boss mob in any given dungeon, in order to become "Owners" of that dungeon. The only thing that this does, is when a Clan owns a dungeon, they can set a fee for everyone who enters it.
Vast UI improvments, including the ability to now use AIM as well as MSN. In C4, you can also browse the official website through the game.
Skills galore! Some classes who don't current have summons, may have one in C4, related to your character. Also, regular skills will be added as well.
New Items! New potions will be launched, that can only be found on mobs. Some are like super advanced Healing Potions, and some can actually heal your MP!!
Rent-a-Dragon: If you are unable to attain a Dragon on your own, but you need a ride, you can rent one for 15 minutes for approx. 100,000Adena.
