What is the cheapest way to get back into the game?

I quit WoW years ago, before Cataclysm release and I have no access to the account I once played. I have started to want to play again and would like to know the cheapest way for me to get back into the game.

You can get everything for 45 bucks right now.  I guess its a "special offer".

I think they are running a sale right now on the Battle Chest (includes everything through WotLK) and on Cataclysm.  Not sure about MoP, but I think that may be on sale too.

It's all on sale in the Blizzard store right now. Battle Chest for 5, Cataclysm for 10 and pandaria for 30 USD.
