Yes this is against almost every ToS or Eula for any MMO. The concept isnt really a bad idea, however sad and tragic it may be. But the fact that you can "share" the accounts, and after the service is over, i believe you keep anything that was done on the "friend" account, that makes it wrong.
I doubt any game company will go so far as to try to punish someone for using the service, it would be nearly impossible to prove, but that doesnt make it wrong. To even advertise that here on this site is a travesty, and im deeply offended. I cant believe MMORPG would put thier reputation on the line for something so obviously illegal.

You assume MMORPG.com had a positive reputation to begin with?
Personally, I don't see anything wrong with letting players know about any and everything MMORPG related. Filtering the content on the site is just bad. They already ban people left and right for saying things someone doesn't like.
Also, if someone wants to pay somenoe else to do something, who are you to say they can't?
