I know some people say that damn Winter jumping game is soooo easy. For me, it wasn't easy at all! Over the last three or four days I maybe spent 6 to 8 hours. Yup.
Here's my tips for anyone who is having a hard time.
1) take off your clothes. Makes it easier to see yourself. It's not mandatory but when there's a lot of people jumping with you it did help me a bit.
2) disable double tap dodge. Decreases those accidental rolls right off the pretty snowflakes.
3) take a moment at the candy canes, but not too long! Seriously though, I've been hopping snow flakes with 4 other people, just to see three fall at the damn canes. But I took a moment, and kept on going.
4) you made it to the round candies? HOLY SH*T you made it!!! Don't panic, keep it cool. LOL. Dodge those pesky snowballs. You run a bit and then jump for cover, or fall and have to start all over. Don't rush it, but...do hurry, you're almost dead ya know...
5) okay, you made it to the end and you see all those presents and candy canes. WTF. Weird huh? You can still eff it up if you panic. Don't! Blue presents, candy cane, blue presents and then leap into the box of PURE JOY!
When I made that final leap, I went from despair and anger to jumping out of my chair and roaring with triumph. I think the windows shook.
The reward was a bit underwhelming though.

Could it be something simple like a graphics card update or something? I don't think I've ever crashed out of GW2 since launch. Maybe once....but I don't think even once.
My friend had these constant crashes too but it fixed itself today.
About the puzzle:
I approve of the nakey runs - some days ago i was spending my time with these nice dutch ladies in the puzzle (I hope they were ladies) who started a nudist movement.
Purely for my personal entertainment though of course, why else?
Jokes aside, you can do the run every day - you get another booster after each daily reset.
Every other run will get you 3 giant gift boxes (on a level 80 char) which isn't bad at all for just 2 mins of work.
So, i know its bad to talk crap about a game you dislike, but now its also bad to talk good about a game you love?
seriously....
If you dont like a game it would do you better to stay away from topics related to it.

I did get a few looks when I went nude. But I wasn't the only one there doing it, hehe. There was another female avatar and then a guy with a backpack on and that's it.
What boost do you get, I didn't notice? I got a device that allows me to transform into a reindeer, 3500 karma, and something else that was so inconsequential I have already forgotten.
I did it again and all I got was 3 giant gift boxes.
once a day you will get a karma boost, 3 wintersday boxes (size depending on level), a booster (XP, craftin, or whatever), and one other thing (snowflakes usually). The rest of the time you will only get the 3 wintersday boxes.

I've tried everything. It's definitely the game. I tried a fresh install of windows, nvidia drivers from a year ago up until now, disabling and removing sound card, and much more.. I ran the game without a single crash up until a few weeks ago. At least this is happening to many many people so I have faith that it will get fixed.

Jumping puzzles are about my least favorite element of GW2, so I pretty much ignore the holiday events which feature them prominently.
Also, I'm pretty curmudgeonish towards modern holiday events grafted into fantasy worlds. So they aren't making them for me anyway.
If you are holding out for the perfect game, the only game you play will be the waiting one.
I didn't do Clock Tower, sadly. I did a lot of the Halloween pvp though, lots of fun!
The other rewards I got were snow flakes and a crafting boost. I forgot about the crafting boost because I stopped crafting a long time ago. Maybe it's time to pick it up again. Besides the holiday stuff I've been busy trying to get 100 percent map exploration.
