An 'MMO' that doesn't allow you to play with friends?

As if the 6v6 matchsize wasn't bad enough, I can't even team up with anyone? Sure I can friend someone so that we can text each other between matches, but I can't form a team with them? I mean there is a work around, in that we just time entering a match to get into the same map but what the hell?

Why is this listed as an "mmo" again?

      Still in Beta aint it?  IM sure it will be corrected eventually.  WoT has a similar problem for a month or two after release.
