Also some anti-virus programs may cause that to happen. I had the same problem with Kaspersky. Just try to close the patcher and relaunch it.

No thats a bug some people got patching to 1.5.

 

Stop it and relaunch, should be ok. Leave it and it just keeps gooooiiiinnnnnngggg...:(

Just restart the launcher after youre above the 100%. Should work then.
