Could someone please help me...

What is an "IC number"? They ask for this number in certain game sign-ups. Could anyone help me out? =]

Can I make a signature? I would if I could, but I can't so I won't.

    What information is close to this IC number? Credit card information? Address information?

    I think you mean the last three digits of the number printed on the back of the card.

    Although, I've never seen any payment system that doesn't have some kind of explanation about what it is.

    if i remember right, i saw that alot on korean mmorpg's and the likes, i think that is Identification Card (Social Security number, or perhaps Driver's Liscence) i could very well be wrong though..
