CoH replacement

Well I'm officially bored.  SWTOR, Champions Online, Secret World, WoW, and  GW2....bored!  Any news of anything coming down the pipeline?  SW turned me off within minutes after it looked like my female character might have had relations with some busty woman (really!?).  Get a girlfriend/boyfriend!  Sheesh!  Marvel's new game was dead before it began.  Unfortunately, they can't seem to get it. Can you say ultimate alliance?  So much potential.  Any game (and it does not have to be comic book based, but would be nice) with similar customization to CoH and non-military/ wizards and warlocks coming down the pipe.  GW2 is a beautiful game I must admit and with time it might continue to grow into something more satisfying.  However, my buddies who played and loved CoH have tried it and other games.  We are all bored already.

How many military shooter games and wizard games can be made?  Well, it looks like the that number hasn't been determined yet.  The idea of wizards/warlocks and elves can be appealing.  I just havent' found the one yet, honestly.  A few traits I really enjoyed about CoH:

Freedom to control the look and theme of your toon- if you wanted your toon to be an alien from Saturn, you could make them look how you like and go for it.  Having to be stuck and be dependent of armor which I think is hideous is just not fun.  How can I enjoy playing a toon I can barely stand to look at.

The combination of powersets- I understand that with time, this might grow with games such as GW2 (again a beautiful looking game).  So, I'm just trying to be patient there.  8 professions isn't awful.  Not really digging any of them at the moment.

Interaction- Some applaud the independence your character is afforded in GW2.  I must say that is not an awful trait.  You can play solo with any profession (though elementalists seem very squishy).  However, the dependence (for lack of a better word) of the characters in CoH made the teammage fun and easy.  Of course, you'd get overzealous or new people who were not quite aware of their primary role on teams, but they soon learned.  Secondly, there still existed characters like scrappers who could play totally solo if they chose to.

Anyway, this is not meant to be a rant.  I just miss my game and realized that the corporate side of the gaming industry will never encourage anything that hasn't proven itself profitable or appealing in a focus group or marketing study.

Any light at the end of the tunnel?
