ATARI files for Chapter 11. How will this affect TERA?

Just read this, probably old news for some.  I'm wondering how this will affect TERA going forward?

I read a few blurbs on other sites claiming that this is a strategic move from ATARI to distance itself from Infogrames, but I don't see them as separate entities.
