3rd party plugins in Horizons?

i need to know if they are permissable or bannable. some decals being used in ac1, that sometime hogged broadband and quality of the servers suffered alot with crashings and lags.

if they are permissable, then they must go thru AE's approvals if they dont created lags, hogs the broadbands, etc.

this game look good and i dont want to see same fate with ac2.  i am really looking forward to have fun in this game but not frustrations.

They have said that Macros will be allowed to a certain degree, however don't jump all over this.  We have not had alot of info from AE and as the saying goes "a little info can be dangerous"
