Downloaded the game, registered an account. Website lets me log in fine, when I try to log into the game, however, I get authentication failed. Original password had no special characters, but I went ahead based on reading their forums and reset my password to something simple, all lowercase letters. Still can only log into the website and not the game. No notices of downtime or anything else.
I realize that I could email the support box, but I shouldn't really have to do that just to log into their game. Uninstalled and moving on with my life...
