You don't see games where men have everything open except like a little dot on their crotch, and if you did would you play that game? Some people don't like games that are incredibly shallow that have no overall quality other than nice visuals with naked women everywhere.

cause frankly the game seems worse then that really cheesy playboy game from the early 2000s.. half clothed female only characters with over sized chests... fighting aliens..

Well if it's based on Queens Blade it's definately just fan service. The anime itself was borderline hentai but I guess had a decent storyline.

Well if it's based on Queens Blade it's definately just fan service. The anime itself was borderline hentai but I guess had a decent storyline.
yea Queens Blade is HEAVY on the fan service for sure.. really shocked how many are all uppity on a bit of fan service.. i dunno been watching anime for 15 years now so guess it really doesn't phase me in the slightest

I played WoW up until WotLK, played RoM for 2 years and now Rift. I am F2P player. I support games when I feel they deserve my money and I want the items enough. I don't troll, and I don't take kindly to trolls.
question.. if this wasn't another f2p aeria game if it were say EQNext a huge budget sandbox MMO yet used skantly clad females and heavy use of fan service all around but was by far the best sandbox MMO ever made would you not play it because of the fan service?

i dont mind playing an almost naked girl in my game, as long as thats not the main focus of the game. Theres not time to look at virtual boobs when trying to stay alive.

Hmm I watched both seasons of Queen's Blade. And yes, it centers around a mostly female cast that wear scantily clad outfits fighting it out in a tournament to determine the next Queen. So it's no surprise to me to see Scarlet Blade (being based off Queen's Blade) be so rique. What does surprise me though, are all the ignorant comments about a M-rated mmo based off a adult oriented manga and anime being blasted for basically staying true to the source material.
I guess I really shouldn't be surprised. Seeing as this very site was once in a similar uproar when AoC announced that their character creation screen would have full nudity. I remember the prudes then fighting with those that rightfully stated that Conan lore never hid from it's mature based roots, so why should the game? Oh well. Maybe because I have a more developed impulse control mechanism to keep me from experiencing a Pavlovian induced drooling session whenever a hint of T&A flashes across my screen. Or maybe because I just want to see more varied mmos making their way from East to West unmolested by the droves of hair-triggered censor-happy lawmakers, misguided morally sensitive lobbyists and cowardly PR tightrope walking publishers.
I just feel if there's a demand for it, let'em have it. Even if everything appealing about seems to be superficial. Like they say: Syrup on shit doesn’t make it a pancake. It's never stopped AoC, Vanguard or Aion from releasing (and by that I mean the obvious eye candy) . But for some reason, throw in some T&A and slap on a M rating and all of a sudden people cannot seem to get pass the superficial things. I guess lawmakers, political lobbyists and spineless publishers are always looking for new blood.
