Your mid to late 70's but the catch is you have to have a heart condition... something that makes your ticker a tad temperamental... if you know what I mean.
This way you get it up for one final time, you unburden yourself of the stigma you've been carrying for some 70 odd years and kick the proverbial bucket witha smile on your face. Best death ever.

Now for a serious answer... Whenever you're ready. There is no "best age". When you feel the time is right and you're with the right person you'll know.

Whenever two conditions have been satisfied:
1.) You've found someone you genuinely and deeply care for that returns the sentiment
2.) You are knowledgeable/mature enough to be making the decision for yourself, rather than simply going with the hormone flow.
There is no set age, it varies from person to person. Hell, some people never manage condition #2
