So i bought the collector's edition at launch and it came with the neato token authenticator thingy. I attached it to my account, kept it in my junk jar next to my pc.
Problem is, when things went south, i stopped playing, and it eventually went missing.
I recently heard about the upcoming betas and the legacy status stuff, and thought i'd log into my account and make sure everything was square so i'd be ready to play. Of course, the damn login wants my token code...which i dont have. So i went about trying to contact support to get it unlinked, and to do THAT, i have to login...
Any idea how i go about getting it taken off my account without having to actually login to my account? Thanks!
The Deep Web is sca-ry.

You'll have to call SE support or live chat with them, they ask you for some personal information and then remove the authenticator.
I'd start here:
https://support.na.square-enix.com/contact.php?id=902&la=1
select security tokens, and lost.
