in Dark Age of Camelot
so why is there a cd-key entry for this game cause i dled it and now what do i have to buy it to play the trial:?

    Did you create a trial account? I would think that you would recieve your trial key once you made your trial account.

    this is definetly not a 14 day trial its more of a downloadable version that they still want you to pay 13 dollars to play

    How the *bleep* do you register an account. The CD key announced on the download site doesn't work.
    It only says "Supplied registration key is not in the right format".

    I've double checked everything thousands of times. What's the bug here, or is it impossible to create an account?

    Mine worked. And I paid nothing. I think you can only have a toon from 1 continet tho =(

    Well I entered my card number and I hope they don't charge me anything, I was stupid and downloaded the game from Fileplanet and got no graphical improvements sadly, now I'm downloading the Shrouded Isles 1GB patch.

    are u forced to play on test server or do u get a selection?

    Ok here's the low down for the 14-day free trial ...

    You need to go to the DAoC offical site to get teh link to get the CD-Key

    One you have the CD key and have the program installed

    you'll be asked to give your credit card info

    After the 14 days you WILL BE CHARGED for the next month

    to keep this from happining you'll need to go into the accoutn settings and cancel your account

    If you want to test the game , start the free trial, then after all is said and done log on start a toon ( except for thr PvP & Co-op server ) you can only play 1 realm in that server/cluster , as soon as you decide to log off, go back in ( not quick launch ) but the ( no thank you ) log in, then go to edit billing, then cancel, you will then be able to play for the rest of the trial period after that its over, if you decide to continue then simply go back in to edit billing and set it up again.
