Woah, Obama administration is starting a decade lone effort for what is being called, "The Brain Activity Map Project." Following in the footsteps of The Human Genome Project, they want to map the entire brain! This is big news, and although I haven't seen it posted on The Singularity Hub, I have seen it in the NY Times. Any fans of the Singularity? Would love to know more if anyone has some insight
