It is buried down in one the last paragraphs in this article that they mention housing and that it will be tested during beta but implemented ~3months after launch.

yep, and you will be able to invest in land, also able to build a stable for your chocobo raising.

 

Company housing will be expensive, though yoshi is reluctant to say how much housing is going to cost.
