I am quite happy honestly. Considering I have been using the same CPU in for last 12 years and this is the second system I have used it in. Also my vid card is not the latest but oh well. Had this current game system for 6 years now and love that I will get yet another game out of it.
Now to start setting some money aside for the new system.
I dont think 2700 will be playable. I had around 4000 on max and even then it dropped to about 15 fps in some scenes. And thats just the benchmark. In busy towns or FATEs in the actual game it will be probably even worse. I'd say 5000-6000 is a minimum safe playable score.
Chuckanar:
That cpu was released around 5 years ago and the gpu 3 years ago. Just saying. Its not THAT old.
My benchmark
Score: 5689 on High, 1600x1200 (~6100 with OCd GPU)
Score: 3912 on Maximum, 1600x1200 (~4300 with OCd GPU)

i had a res of 1920x1080 full screen.
my scores were comparible to yours without OC medium settings gave me a score of 6695
maximum settings gave a score of 2730.
cpu never got to more than 14% except when it first loaded where it reached around 40%.
You will have no problem playing ARR with your scores.
