Could someone upload Tera EU Files 300-400MB I think

Currently had some computer problems and had to reinstall windows.
I had a back up of Tera NA but not Tera EU. Wondering if someone else has the Tera EU files excluding the Art and Sound of course it isn't that large without the Art & Sound so it should be around 300-400MB ii need but if someone could upload these it would save me redownloding the full game again.
Also asked on Tera EU forums with no luck.
