Camelot Unchained is currently (far and away) the most discussed game on our forums. The rating you are referring to is our Hype Meter. This meter is used to gauge community interest in a game pre-release. Once a game is released, the meter converts to a Rating meter, which allows for community members to actually rate the game based on their experience with it.
In short: there's just a lot of hype surrounding this title. If you want to know why, I suggest you peruse our CU forums and see what other people are saying about the game!
