Looking to make new character suggestions please

in World of Warcraft
I hear holy priests are going to be good soon. Should I roll one or make a different kind of character?

    Anything but a Hunter and you should be fine.

    I hear there is a major shortage of rogues::::35::.


    Seriously though, rogues are the funnest 1v1 pvp class in the game. Roll one on a low pop pvp server and have fun. Go to serverstats first to find which team is dominant and join the underdogs, it'll be alot more fun.

    He was being ironic, which is why he started his next sentence with "Seriously though...".

    To the OP, I recommend trying out two or three classes you like the sound of until around lv16, then stick with the one that's most fun.

    Make a warrior =D

    1. They look the coolest
    2. They kill rogues (which is the mayority of the player base :P)
    3. They are needed in groups (Part of the Holy Three)

    I recently made a warrior and am having a blast! ::::28::

    Flych - 70 Blood Elf Retribution Paladin - Tarren Mill (EU)
    Mediocre - 70 Undead Discipline Priest - Tarren Mill (EU)

    You should make a Gnome Paladin image....lol ok that wasnt funny....Just make a Human Paladin they are well balanced and can learn to wear all types of weapons and armor, plus u get to wear plate at lvl 40 isnt that good enough? no? well they can heal and  got seals, PLUS REDEMPTION FOR DEAD PLAYERS IN INSTANCES image no wonder the king created those virtuous paladin! but...wait....i forgot it would be great to see a Gnome paladin image it would be soooooo funny hihihi like ''MY!!! Your a tall one!''

    Don't be a holy priest!! I can tell you first hand that holy priests are NOT geting enough of a boost to justify being one. I would highly recommend being a Shadow Priest if you decide to go for the Priest class. Honestly the buffs that they are giving to the holy tree are really not enough to justify being one. If you really want to be a dedicated healing class with a lot of fun utility and good pvp, go for a Druid and spec in Restoration up to 31 and Feral to 13 (the remaining points in Balance). Druids with a restoration spec are the most viable main healers that aren't impossible to level like holy priests.

    Thanks for the ideas. I might go for a druid then and see how the holy priests shake out later, I like trying new things with PvP.

    Hopefully they will with the next patch. I'm tired of seeing wannabe mages(shadow spec) and PvP warmongers(Shadow spec) priest out there. It's time for priest to take up the role Blizzard had in mind for them to fill. Best healers in the game and Blizzard shows them no love when they spec holy........dumb.

    From what I hear they do that with warriors too, no love when you spec protection to tank...

Blizzard completly flliped my perspective of mmorpg's with WoW.

    Is that really true what people are saying that Hunter isn't good? I though that I'll create new craracter which has "pet", like Hunter or Warlock... Can you tell me a little which choise is better and some arguments... please? :)

    Hunter is getting nerfed hardcore. warlock is kind of just chilling. hunter has more changes on the way to balance these nerfs, but the nerfs are happening NOW, the changes are happening in MONTHS. a stupid way to do it.

    go with warlock, they are very good at pvp and pve.
