OK... it's noon.. my day off, I'm bored with all my MMO's and games,  I'm drinking already (plz, I already know); yes I'm flipping through the channels and look whats on TV.

 

The Highlander.

 

SUDDENLY!! I'm taken back to 1986!  It's the cold winter in West VA and I'm a Floridian (from TX screw Florida) on vacation with some wierd friend who dragged me up here with his parents so he wouldn't be alone.

I'm at the ripe ole age of around like, (86 is when the movie came out, maybe not when this happened) of like 13'ish and eating one of those wierd breakfast for dinners.

Suddenly in den!  HBO!  It was a really big thing back then.  The Highlander came on.  Freaking Sword fights galore.  I was already into the old Star Trek and other odd Sci Fi (STTNG was still a few years away).

O.. M.. G...

 

*edit* I was boring myself at this point

I was goign to expound on why this might or might not make a great MMO but meh!

 

And how it led into the gaming years... hell we could talk about the Queen soundtrack!

TLDR;

So anyway not sure why I wrote this;  it would make a horrible MMO, just dweling on what was a great franchise before they made the second movie. And pretty much everything after that.

 

maybe ine a Permadeath MMO, still would have too many ppl

    I'm not sure yet what I'm suposed to make out of this...

    But I think I'll just focus on what you said about "already drinking"...cheers ;)
