Why is there only one MMORPG where you can play as a dragon?

    Many players would play dragons even if there were trade offs like little to no gear or limited access to certain things.  But the idea of playing a game for anything except grinding and loot is not really there.

    Not the only one...

    EQ2 you can play as a Sarnak... Iskar/Dragon Hybrid... not pure dragon... but definitely dragon lineage.

    DM is the only one over 10 that plays it

    a dragon killed gandalf. if you're going to have playable dragons then you must also have playable gandalfs
