roll back whole game or happy Easter PWE

PWE got cool idea to sell very cheap special packs.

said packs contain item for cost of 1/50 of it's normal price, so all people spent all money to buy these and even charged real money for it.

like 30h after, GM posted on FW forum about "bug" and roll back of server possibility.

nothing tells about real money refund or even any form of excuses.

I, sure, can believe it was just "bug", but if no refund (especially for real money) , this "bug" became false advertising.

I can be wrong but seems 1 more f2p scammed it's customers by selling (in this case) non-existent item (funny at virtual world but I guess they have any form of regulation? at least I hope).

Anyhow they spoiled whole Easter weekend with such issue, lost confidence of most of customers.

View this, I don't even know how people can trust such company by buying Newerwinter pack.

I don't think customer if enough protected from Devs ideas or "bugs", so be careful guys!
